What Paloma Week is all about
Like Puerto Vallarta and Saint-Tropez getting a drink at Dubai Harbour.
For two weeks only, Bar Du Port joins a city-wide celebration of Mexico’s most beloved cocktail Paloma Week.
Our bar team was handed a single artisanal salt at random and challenged to build a Paloma around it. The result: the Palomé du Port, a Riviera-style Paloma with sabor mexicano, paired with artisanal Morita chilli salt for that perfect picante kick.
Cascahuín Blanco tequila, fresh grapefruit, lime, rosé wine and house-made chile morita cordial – bright, juicy, smoky, and just a little spicy.
