As the sun begins to set, you enjoy refreshing cocktails at the bar, the horizon painted in hues of pink and orange. The evening unfolds with a chic dinner of the finest culinary delights, culminating in a lively party that echoes with laughter and music till the wee hours of the night.

How it all started

Bar Du Port first made its mark in 2016 in the lively port of Beirut, Lebanon. As the experience began to evolve, we found a new home along the stunning waterfront at Aishti Seaside where the distinctive maritime identity of BDP was born.

Relocating to the seaside marked a significant step in our journey, anchoring ourselves in a location that perfectly reflects our waterfront essence. We took this direction even further with our second Lebanese venue by introducing a new concept, “BDP Beach” in Byblos Village.

Stepping onto the global stage in January of 2022, we opened in the UAE on Dubai Harbour’s stunning waterfront. This award-winning venue quickly became a go-to destination for tourists and residents alike. And in 2024, our global adventure took us even further, when we opened Bar Du Port Cairo in Egypt.

Chef Hadi Saroufim

Chef Hadi Saroufim has been Bar Du Port Dubai’s Executive Chef since opening in 2022, adding his signature inventive style to the menu. Inspired by Duccasse’s “naturalité” cuisine, Chef Hadi believes in the purity of ingredients and making them shine on the plate.

Chef Hadi’s love of food started at a young age, in his village of Zgharta, Lebanon, where he modernized a Lebanese classic by making a kebbeh roll with yoghurt ice cream, cucumber jelly and dry ice. Today, Chef Hadi brings a fresh and innovative take to BDP’s menu of French classics. Humble and free-spirited, he is constantly reinventing dishes with innovative techniques and exotic ingredients.
