Think Roasted Foie Gras, Quiche Lorraine, Truffle Croque Monsieur, and fresh plates like Avocado Dip and Shrimp & Avocado Tartare, followed by Chicken Escalope or Beef Ribeye.
And to finish, something sweet, from macarons and madeleines to almond crème brûlée and chocolate mousse.
